Veggies Outdoor Spirit Tacos

During my experience as a vegetarian (if you have not read here read the part 1 , part 2 and part 3 ) I ended up learning several vegetarian dishes that have become part of my weekly menu. One of them is the vegetarian tacos, which are easy and quick to make and are cheap, can you do without spending much.

The bean texture and lentils, mimics the texture of the meat. In addition, beans and lentils are rich in iron and contain a large amount of protein, including all nine called essential amino acids. Cook your own beans is always better, but in a hurry you can use canned beans. This meal is extremely nutritious and delicious to eat. This is one of my dining options in the days before the most pulled workouts.

The tacos are stuffed tortillas usually with chili and guacamole. Ingredients

8 wheat tortillas, corn or potato (you can use mass pan pizza too).

2 cups cooked beans (black or carioca)

1 Chicara Lentil

1 tablespoon chopped garlic

1 pepper finger chopped small girl (shooting pits)

1 tablespoon

1 teaspoon cumin powder

1/2 teaspoon salt tea

1 bunch of cilantro

1 can tomato sauce

1 chopped red bell pepper

1 fresh hot green chile (as jalapeƱo or serrano), chopped

1 chopped onion

Parsley and chives to taste

Juice of two lemons

1 chopped avocado

1 chopped tomato

Olive oil

Instructions

Cook the beans for 30 minutes in the pressure cooker and set aside. It is important to let the beans soak for 8-10pm to facilitate cooking and avoid the food you give gauzes. I usually cook a bean cardboard for the week (unseasoned) and reserve a portion to the chili.

I put the two of baked beans chicaras, lentils and tomato sauce can in a saucepan over medium heat.

Add half a cup of water and stir to leave the uniform broth. Soon after add olive oil (4 tablespoons), chopped 1/4 bunch of cilantro, parsley chives, pepper finger girl, cumin, 1/2 chopped onion and salt to taste.

Cook on low heat for 15 minutes (or until the lentils are cooked).

guacamole:

Chop the avocado into small cubes, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil spoons, 1/2 chopped cilantro shocked, chopped tomatoes and 1/2 chopped onion. Mix all ingredients well, squeeze the lemons and add salt to taste.

Installation of clubs:

You can heat the tortillas on the fire if you want to serve them hot, I by sheer laziness, most of the time cold I serve.

Place the tortillas on a baking sheet, and distribute the beans among the masses, close the masses in the middle and serve with Guacamole.

A portion of 2 tacos, offers an average 15g protein, 20g carbohydrate and 14g fat.
